Xianheng are able to perform large volumes in a short time. We quickly and inexpensively carry out work on cutting and fabrication sheet metal in China. Our equipment allows you to cut sheet metal up to 5 mm thick and bend at any angle with a bend length of up to 1000 mm.
Sheet Metal Fabrication Processes
Laser cutting
Laser cutting speed, high quality, dimension accuracy of parts up to ±0.05mm. With smooth surface, surface roughness is only dozens of microns, no mechanical processing, parts can be used directly.
Plasma
Plasma cutting machine does not need to preheat the workpiece, melting speed, cutting surface smooth, not easy to cause workpiece deformation; When cutting the workpiece with thickness less than 40mm, both quality and speed have obvious advantages.
Water cutting
High-velocity concentrated water streams for cutting sheet metals.
Water cutting is a technique that allows to cut some materials characterized by particular resistance in an easy and fast way. It is the force of the pressure that allows this ease, pressure that is exerted by a water jet concentrated in a very small space.
Bending
Bending is the final step in forming sheet metal parts. They can fold the sheet metal into the desired shape. Through the bending machine knife and the next knife on the sheet metal cold pressure deformation, get the required shape of the process called bending.
Riveting
Sheet Metal Riveting refers to an environmentally friendly connection method that connects nuts, screws and other materials to sheet materials by means of pressure riveting, riveting, extrusion or pull riveting
Welding
Welding requirements are neat and uniform, firm and reliable. The traditional welding process has been replaced by laser welding, because of the rapid development of laser technology; laser welding is faster, higher efficiency, small deformation, low labor cost.
Polishing
Many metals lose their gloss after processing. Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, and brass are among the hardest metals to polish. The common processes used to polish metals are sanding, filing, and ultrasonic polishing. Mirror polishing is achieved by sanding stainless steel with grits ranging from 400 to 2000. The final step is the application of the polishing compound to the finished surface.

Sheet Metal FAQ
1. What’ the thinnest sheet plate can you use for sheet metal manufacturing?
The thinnest sheet plate we can use for manufacturing is 0.05mm.
2. What’s the thickest sheet plate can you bend?
The thickest sheet plate we can bend is 8mm.
3. Can you rivet the parts for us?
Yes, we can rivet the parts for our clients.
4. Can you bend the aluminum 6061?
Generally, we can bend the aluminum 6061 at no more than a 90-degree angle. Otherwise, the parts would be cracked.
5. Can you source the PEM nuts and install them for us?
PEM nuts would need a MOQ to be sourced here and we would use the equivalent inserts to install if that can be accepted.
